Palestine Forerunners Turkish Post - Jaffa Port Excellent strike negative seal on cover mailed to Jerusalem with arrival postmark on back, Collins type PM7 dated Sept. 8 1897.  One marginal tear above stamp on front & back, plus some small toned spots otherwise F-VF with one of the finest strike known for this Jaffa port seal.
